- 3-5 years of Digital / E-Commerce marketing experience, including significant B2C experience.
- Experience and deep understanding of processes, code and the impact of outbound and inbound marketing channels.
- 1-3 years Google Ads experience strongly preferred.

- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or integrated technologies highly preferred.
- Exposure to Marketing Automation platforms highly preferred.
- Google Analytics proficiency/certification strongly preferred.
- SiteCore experience is a strong plus.

The Role
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, as Digital Marketing Manager, you will strategize, execute and analyze marketing and operational digital objectives for the Implus organization. You will manage and oversee the marketing performance of our commerce and content-based websites through the development, execution, analysis and reporting of integrated strategies developed to impact 20+ brands. While you’ll touch most or all of the portfolio over time, initially, you will focus heavily on 5-6 key brands.Daily, you will leverage your experience and understanding of the impact of outbound and inbound marketing channels. You will test and improve outcomes based on data and channel level performance, and implement best practices to optimize results. Additionally, you will partner with other digital marketers to orchestrate a formula to optimize all efforts to meet/exceed established KPI’s and ensure Implus provides an industry-leading digital experience. Communication with various brands throughout the organization will be central to your success.
Upon joining us, you will:
- Learn all about Implus and our brands.
- Learn about the different experiences provided for each brand based on historical data
- Dig into the data (learning/leveraging SiteCore or Google Analytics will be critical) and utilize outcomes to create a brand/customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a series of KPI’s that will consistently elevate the channel performance.
- Directly interface with the internal IT/Development team to structure segmentation-based data points to ensure Implus brands provide a world-class personalized experience.
- Develop engagement level and financial based goals for this vital digital marketing channel. These should vary by brand and the performance goals will be a key factor in determining levels of success.
- The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of user experience (UX) e-commerce based best practices. Implus has many brand commerce websites, and therefore many different target audiences. Therefore, the understanding of data-driven decisions is a need for this role.
- Partner with all areas of the business. In this role, it is important to develop and maintain relationships with all functional areas of the Implus organization.
