The Requirements
To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

- 10+ years of system implementation experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX with expertise in:
- Budgeting, forecasting and management reporting (such as FRX)
- GL function & month-end closing
- Ad-hoc analyses
- M&A evaluations
- Global cash reporting and forecasting
- AR/AP
- SSRS & Power BI
- Strong oral and written communications skills to interact with diverse stakeholders; strong ability to build consensus and influence others
- Demonstrated understanding and application of system development life-cycle.
- Experience working both independently and, in a team, oriented collaborative environment
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. This role requires strong technical skills, an interest/passion for understanding and improving financial business processes and effective communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to work well in a dynamic, high-velocity environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel about 10%
- Experience with Consumer Goods or Logistics industry with global operations is preferred
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
The Role
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Global Business Systems Manager. As you come on board your main focus is to:
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX implementation from a financial perspective, asking the right questions to create report requirements and understanding how the other modules impact the Finance/Accounting function
- Perform project work including testing, documentation, end-user training and performing upgrades as needed
- Set the foundation for developing collaborative relationships with cross-functional business partners
Specifically, your responsibilities will be to:
- Work with key business stakeholders to determine various KPIs and financial reporting needs
- Perform day-to-day GL function
- Perform month-end and year-end closings.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage P&L reporting
- Assist with cash forecasting/budgeting
- Support M&A analysis
- Maintain documenting control and compliance systems
- Present senior leadership with key financial insights and opportunities
